PlayPendium ("we", "us") operates the website playpendium.com (the "Service"), a collection of original browser games for a general audience. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as precise geolocation, health, or biometric data), and we do not ask for it.

We do not pass your account or gameplay data to our advertising partners. Our ad network does collect some information directly from your browser when it serves an ad, as described below.
We use cookies and local storage for core functionality (preferences, display settings, saved progress, and sign‑in). The Service is ad‑supported. Ads are served by Adsterra, a third‑party advertising network, and some ad spaces show our own coloring books, which link to Amazon (see Amazon Associates below). When Adsterra serves an ad, its code runs in your browser and may set cookies or use similar technologies, and it receives technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the page you are viewing, which it uses to deliver, limit, and measure ads and to prevent fraud. PlayPendium is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. The book ads on the Service link to Amazon with our Associates tracking ID. We do not set cookies for these links, but if you click one, Amazon may set cookies and collect information about your visit under its own Privacy Notice. We do not receive your personal information from Amazon, only aggregate reports of clicks and qualifying purchases.
Our own cookies and local storage are used only for the core functions listed above. Advertising cookies are set by our ad network, as described above. Some ad spaces show coloring books for children; those ads are addressed to the parents and other adults who buy them.
We use service providers to run the Service, including Adsterra (advertising), Amazon (only if you click a book link), our authentication and database provider (for optional accounts, cloud saves, and leaderboards), and our web hosting provider. These providers process data under their own privacy terms and only as needed to provide their service to us.
